1. Service Overview
BUTLER by ButlerTop is a digital concierge subscription service designed to assist users with everyday tasks such as research, bookings, comparisons, email drafting, follow-ups, cancellations, and general personal administrative support.

2. Subscription Model
Access to the service is provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Each subscription plan includes the level of service and the number of requests expressly indicated on the pricing page, except where a plan is expressly described as unlimited.

3. Definition of a Request
A request means one simple and clearly identifiable task or query. Multi-step activities, bundled tasks, complex assignments, or ongoing matters may be treated as multiple requests at ButlerTop’s reasonable discretion.

4. Fair Usage
Plans described as unlimited remain subject to fair and reasonable use. ButlerTop reserves the right to limit, pause, or suspend abusive, excessive, automated, or commercially unreasonable usage in order to preserve service quality and operational integrity.

5. Service Scope and Exclusions
The service is intended for concierge-style assistance and general support only. ButlerTop does not provide regulated legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice. Users remain solely responsible for all final decisions they make on the basis of information, options, or support provided through the service.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Outcomes
Where ButlerTop interacts with or relies on third-party websites, booking systems, merchants, platforms, suppliers, or service providers, ButlerTop is not responsible for availability, cancellations, refusals, delays, pricing changes, failed transactions, or other third-party acts or omissions.

7. Response Times
Any response time stated on the website is an operational target, not a guaranteed deadline. Actual response times may vary depending on the selected plan, request complexity, time zone differences, workload, and third-party dependencies.

8. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, the user authorizes recurring billing according to the selected plan until the subscription is cancelled. Prices are shown in Euro unless otherwise stated.

9. Cancellation and Access
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support at hello@butlertop.com or through any available billing-management method provided by ButlerTop.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not terminate access immediately. The service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

No partial refunds are granted for unused time, unused requests, or early cancellation during an active billing cycle.

Example: if a subscription starts on the 10th of a month and is cancelled on the 20th, service access continues until the 10th of the following month, after which the subscription ends automatically without further charges.

10. First Request Free
Where offered, the first request free promotion is limited to one introductory request per user and may be refused, limited, or withdrawn in cases of abuse, duplication, fraud, or unreasonable complexity.

11. Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic and are considered solely at ButlerTop’s discretion on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances, service already rendered, and the nature of the request.

12. Confidentiality and Data Handling
ButlerTop treats user requests and related information as confidential and will not intentionally disclose them to third parties except where reasonably necessary to fulfill the request, where required by law, or where expressly authorized by the user.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ButlerTop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, or economic loss arising out of or connected with the use of the service, including without limitation missed opportunities, booking issues, third-party failures, delays, or user decisions.

14. Right to Refuse or Suspend Service
ButlerTop reserves the right to refuse, limit, or suspend service where a request is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, impossible to execute reasonably, outside the service scope, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms
ButlerTop may update, modify, or replace these Terms and any aspect of the service at any time. Updated Terms become effective when published on the website.
