1. Service overview

ButlerTop is a private concierge service. We receive a request, scope it, propose a defined piece of concierge work at a stated fee, and — once that proposal is accepted and the fee is paid — carry out research, sourcing, comparison, organisation, coordination and follow-up in relation to that request.

2. Per-request service fees (no subscription)

ButlerTop does not operate a subscription. Each engagement is priced individually as a single ButlerTop service fee for the specific work described in the accepted proposal.

Describing a request and receiving a proposal is free. Nothing is charged until you have reviewed a specific proposal and expressly accepted it.

Complex, unusual or very high-value requests are reviewed personally and receive a custom quote before any amount is charged.

3. What the fee covers

The ButlerTop fee covers concierge work only: research, sourcing, comparison, organisation, coordination, follow-up and structured execution as described in the accepted proposal.

Third-party services are quoted separately and are normally paid directly to the selected provider unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Third-party providers and outcomes

ButlerTop does not own aircraft, hotels, villas, yachts, vehicles or venues. Where ButlerTop interacts with third-party providers, platforms or merchants, ButlerTop is not responsible for their availability, refusals, cancellations, delays, price changes or other acts and omissions.

ButlerTop does not guarantee that presented third-party options will be cheaper than options you could independently obtain, nor that a third party will accept a booking or request.

5. Approvals — nothing is committed without you

ButlerTop presents third-party options to you and proceeds only after your explicit approval of a specific option. ButlerTop does not commit you to any third-party contract, purchase or booking without that approval.

6. Scope changes

If your request materially changes after a proposal has been accepted, the additional work may be treated as a new engagement with its own scope and fee. You will always be told before any additional fee applies.

7. Service scope and exclusions

ButlerTop provides concierge assistance only. ButlerTop does not provide regulated legal, medical, financial, tax, investment or other licensed professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your final decisions.

ButlerTop will refuse any request that is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, deceptive or outside the service scope.

8. Response times

Any indicated response time is an operational target, not a guaranteed deadline. Actual timing depends on request complexity, time zones, workload and third-party dependencies.

9. Payments and billing

Service fees are collected through our payment provider. A payment is only treated as settled once it has been verified server-side by ButlerTop. Prices are shown in Euro unless otherwise stated.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Because each fee relates to a specific piece of concierge work, refunds are not automatic. Where concierge work has already been performed, the fee reflects that work.

Refund requests are considered case by case, taking into account the work already carried out, the circumstances and the nature of the request.

11. Confidentiality and data handling

ButlerTop treats requests and related information as confidential and will not intentionally disclose them except where reasonably necessary to fulfil the request, where required by law, or where you have authorised it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ButlerTop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational or economic loss arising from the use of the service, including missed opportunities, booking issues, third-party failures, delays or your own decisions.

13. Right to refuse or suspend service

ButlerTop may refuse, limit or suspend service where a request is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, unreasonable to execute, outside scope, or inconsistent with these Terms.

14. Changes to the service or terms

ButlerTop may update these Terms and any aspect of the service. Updated Terms take effect when published. The version applicable to a paid engagement is the version recorded with your consent at the time of acceptance.
